CHILI COOK-OFF REGULATIONS:
Ø Meet at Sport Honda at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 12th, to set up your table and prepare your chili.
Ø Please park at the back of the parking area. You may unload your items before parking.
Ø At least one person from your group must be at your table during the set-up and tasting.
Ø Sport Honda will supply table, outlet, tablecloth, tasting cups, spoons, napkins and ballots.
Ø Each entry will prepare at least two (2) crock-pots of chili. Each pot must be labeled as follows:
HOT / MILD / REGULAR
Ø All entrants must precook any ingredient necessary before arriving.
Ø Please bring all items needed, such as: all recipe ingredients, ice chest, crock-pots, extension cords, accessories, and other useful items.
Ø Please have a poster with the name of your group for display. Brochures etc. may be on your table.
Ø Serving gloves and apron must be worn while preparing and serving chili.
Ø All tables must be ready to serve the Chili by 10:45 a.m.
Ø The Chili Tasting will be until 2:30 p.m. unless we run out of chili early!
Ø It is your responsibility to keep your table and surrounding area neat and clean.
Ø Sport Honda is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
